Units differ because the trades quote differently. A worktop is priced per metre, a bathroom per room, solar per installed kWp. Comparing across rows is meaningless; comparing within one is the point.

A range is not a price.It is where the quotes landed.
The sample size matters most
A range built from forty quotes tells you something. One built from four tells you much less, and we show which is which rather than presenting both with equal confidence.
District moves the figure
Limassol runs above the island median on most trades and Famagusta below it. Each service page carries its own district breakdown where we have enough quotes to publish one.
Scope is the usual surprise
The note under each service says what the figure includes. Most of the gap between two quotes for “the same job” is that they were not the same job.
